Massachusetts General Physicians Organization, Inc. renews lease at The Walltham Corporate Center

Waltham, Massachusetts (July, 2005)- Massachusetts General Physicians Organization, Inc. recently extended and substantially increased its lease at Waltham Corporate Center. MGPO has more than tripled its occupancy and will now be able to provide a full compliment of services to its patients. MGPO was represented by James Canfield, Senior Vice President for McCall & Almy, while Michael A. Manzo, Partner, of The Beal Companies represented the landlord.

In order to connect the two wings of MGPO's facilities, a pedestrian bridge is currently being built between 40 and 52 Second Avenue. This will add an innovative and practical feature to the already first-class Medical Office Building, and will offer convenient and safe access for both patients and staff.

Conveniently located at Exit 27 off Route 128 on Waltham, Massachusetts, Waltham Corporate Center is not only an out-patient facility for numerous medical specialist, but also provides services for both children and adults on a local, regional, and national level. The building also includes clinical laboratories, a surgical center, an imaging center, conference center, and food service.
