VistaPrint relocates in Lexington

Boston Business Journal -- VistaPrint USA Inc. signed a lease for 165,000 square feet if office space with landlord The Beal Cos. LLP.

The online graphic design firm will move to Two Ledgemont Center in Lexington. It currently leases 55,000 square feet at 100 Hayden Ave. in Lexington. With the new lease at Two Ledgemont Center, VistaPrint will nearly triple the size of the office space it currently occupies in buildings at the intersection of Routes 2 and 128. The company plans to move in March.

Trammell Crow Co. represented the tenant and the Beal Cos. represented itself in the lease transaction.

VistaPrint has offices in Bermuda, the Netherlands, Canada, and Jamaica with the headquarters for US operations in Lexington, Mass. VistaPrint recently announced it will open a marketing office in Spain in early 2007.
